**About the Team**

Our Analytics team is based in London and Varna and has two main focuses.

The first one is to create advanced reports and develop complex data automation in order to help internal teams to save time and costs through the payroll process.

The second focus is creating insightful and interactive reports for our customers and helping them gain insights about their worldwide payroll.

_Please note this is a hybrid role with the expectation to visit the office 3 days per week._

**About the Role**

For our newly refurbished office located in Varna, we are seeking a skilled Business Data Analys to join our dynamic team, specializing in transforming complex operations data into intuitive, actionable visual insights.

As a critical member of our analytics and operations team, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visual tools that empower decision-making and drive operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Data Visualization Design & Development

- Create engaging and user-friendly visualizations and dashboards using Tableau

- Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.

- Apply best practices for data visualization, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and visual storytelling.

- Data Analysis & Transformation

- Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to understand data structures, transformations, and business rules.

- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in operations data.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all visual outputs.

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Work closely with operations leaders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored visualization solutions.

- Educate and support end-users to maximize the value of visual tools in decision-making.

- Continuously refine visualizations based on feedback and evolving business needs.

- Technology & Tools

- Leverage scripting languages (SQL) to preprocess and analyze data for visualization.

- Integrate visualization platforms with databases, APIs, or other data sources to enable automated, real-time updates.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data visualization and analytics.

**Required Qualifications**

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, or similar).

- Basic SQL knowledge and experience querying large datasets from relational databases.

- Familiarity with data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, dbt) and ETL processes.

- Understanding of UX/UI principles for data presentation.

- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to solve complex problems and communicate solutions effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn and develop technical knowledge and skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.

- Experience working with operations data or related domains such as supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).

- Commitment to version control and experience with github

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
