We are looking for a motivatedFinance Traineeto join ourRecord to Report(RTR) team and support Kalmar’s global finance and accounting operations.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment while developing your professional and analytical skills.
The position offersflexible working hours— you can choose to work4, 6, or 8 hours per day, making it ideal for students or recent graduates.
What are your key responsibilities:
+ Month-end close support:Assist in general ledger closing activities, account reconciliations, and preparation of balance sheet reports.
+ Transactional and data accuracy:Apply payments, process adjustments, and verify financial data to ensure correctness across multiple systems.
+ Billing and compliance:Ensure all client billings are issued on time and in line with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
+ Process improvement:Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new programs and procedures within the finance function.
+ Collaboration and communication:Work closely with the Team Lead, Solution Owners, and Process Owners to align activities and support day-to-day operations.

What you bring to the role:
+ Educational foundation: Recently completed or currently in the final years of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
+ Experience: Up to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or an international business environment (internship experience also valued).

+ Technical skills: Familiarity with Google Workspace and ERP systems is an advantage.
+ Professional mindset: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
+ Collaboration and communication: Full professional proficiency in English, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.
