As part of our ongoing implementation of a new HR delivery model, we are looking for aPayroll Professionalfor our HR Services EMEA team.  
Reporting to our Payroll Manager, you will join a newly formed team within our shared services setup.
As such, the role would suit someone with the motivation and drive to play an active role in the development of that team, ensuring successfuldelivery of payroll and people admin servicesmainly in Bulgaria while supporting other countries in the EMEA region.Are you interested in a job with a wide variety of the tasks you perform?

**What You’ll Be Doing**  
In your daily job you will handle the following tasks:   
+ Process monthly payroll for the designated countries in coordination with the vendors ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency in all our payroll & time processes, monitoring end to end activities and supervising inputs and outcomes in a timely manner as per the calendars.
+ Work with divergent functions across HR, Finance, and external payroll partner and problem solve on various issues across the variety of HR process-oriented to ensure seamless deliveries.
+ Act as a point of contact on payroll and HR admin related topics working in our ticket system ServiceNow.
+ Document tasks and processes in work instructions and create and maintain knowledge articles supporting self-service in the business.
+ Effectively support the communication with employees (at all levels) to inform, assist on issues including payroll, benefits, leaves of absence.
+ Participates in Global and Regional projects and initiatives, coordinates on local level.
 Implementation of global standards and procedures.
+ Administrate employee relations - contracts, annexes, termination documents.
Contract changes registration to NRA.
Prepares Job descriptions.
Amongst other HR duties.
Provides payroll information to responsible payroll outsourcing partner and agencies for temporary staffing.
+ Maintain different HR systems - Service Now, Omeks, Qntra.
Supports global processes, such as ASR, ESR.
Registers organizational changes and reassignments.
Prepares ad-hoc reports upon request.
+ Prepares different reports for corporate or governmental needs, such as reporting to local authorities (Annual Overtime reporting to Labour inspection, annual H&S declaration, annual report for occupational health), internal and external audits.
+ Outsourcing payroll partner, Benefits providers, Pension insurance company, Risk and Health, insurance, Learning, Recruitment and staffing companies.  
**What We're Looking For**  
We imagine that you hold a relevant bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or have equivalent work experience.
We expect you to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Payroll and People administration preferably from an international company.
You have experience working with case management tools such as ServiceNow.
 You are a quick learner, have a global mindset and an appetite for working in a set-up where we are exploring new and more efficient ways of working.
